visiting, Early Head Start, childcare, early learning for infants and
toddlers, Head Start and public and private preschool programs—all
are essential resources to help parents create better education, health
and economic outcomes for their children and our country.
We have the chance to invest more and more wisely in our families and children. The President proposed an early childhood initiative
to build more efficient and effective programs that prepare children
for success in school career and life. Now we need Congress to consider
the plan and act to grow America stronger through early childhood
education.
